Healthy Eating and Exercize
Everybody wants to eat healthy and be fit but its quite hard with all the junk food that we have.So i think that people inclueding me should eat one packet of crisps maybe every week , chocolate twice a week and then you will start getting thiner and you will start to eat healthy more and more.You can drink water (not fizzy juice) and you will start to loose weight. You can maybe go to the gym and do exercizes or you can do some in your own house like push ups , sit ups and plenty more. Some people go to dancing and they get thiner but they don't go to loose weight they go for fun. You can go to Teakwondo , Swinning clubs , Football training and all the other sports and activities. Their is plenty other things that you can do just maybe try one of mine but if it doesn't work try out other things.
